Oh, I just LOVE creative markets. I know it’s very popular in the United Kingdom and in the United States, but here in the Netherlands it’s just getting really big since this year. The first creative market I visited years ago was the Funky Xmas Market in Amsterdam, and I don’t know why it took me so long, but the next one I visited was last winter, the Sunday Market. It’s so funny to see how much this event has grown, because this summer it was already about 3 or 4 times as big. Besides Sunday Market and Swan Market I haven’t been to other creative markets, but I love to discover some more, so I decided to make a guide of creative markets in the Netherlands. The 2 markets I’m most curious about and regret not having visited are DaWanda Design Market and Yvestown Fair, both at unique locations. DaWanda Design Market in a hotel, with in each room a shop, and Yvestown Fair in Yvonne’s own beautiful garden! You must really check out her pictures, it’s the most gorgeous market I’ve ever seen.  Which creative markets have you been to or would like to visit?
