I’m a huge fan of the Eurovision Song Contest, a song contest between most of the European countries and Israel. I watch this show since I was really little, and never skipped a show since then, not even the semi-finals. I used to look forward to this event all year long, but every year I’m getting a little bit less enthusiastic because I think the quality of the show and the songs is not what it has been before. Even though I still love watching the shows, both the semi-finals and the grand final.

Because it’s one of my favourite tv moments I would like to share my favourites for this year. To be honest, when I first listened to the songs there wasn’t even one song that impressed me, but the more I listen to the songs, the more I like them. I’ve listened to all songs for this year, and below you can find my top 5 favourite songs. Other songs that I like are Turkey, France and the Netherlands. Which ones are your favourites? Tonight (in less than an hour…) is the first semi-final, thursday the second semi-final and saturday the grand final.

UPDATE // I’m so so so so disappointed. My favourite act (Israel) and Latvia are not in the finals! :(
