Above you can see some of the food I had for dinner last week (I forgot to make a picture of the burger, sorry!). As you might have noticed previous weeks, I use a lot of tomatoes in my meals. Tomatoes are, together with potatoes, really my two favourite ingredients. I can eat tomatoes with anything, and the best combination is a homemade tomato sauce with french fries! Yum, I used to eat that at least 3 times a week. Nowadays I like to have some more variation, so there are also some days that I don’t eat any tomatoes. ;) What are your favourite ingredients?
Monday // tagliatelle with homemade tomato sauce and fresh basil (1) Tuesday // Italian flat beans with tomatoes and onions (2) Wednesday // lasagna with spinach, cottage cheese, mozzarella and tomato sauce (3) Thursday // leftovers from the lasagna (3) Friday // beef with red wine sauce, mashed potatoes and French beans & carrots with pecans (4) Saturday // burger with basilmayo, jacket potato & salad at Lantarenvenster and homemade tiramisu (5) Sunday // Homemade Turkish pizza (lahmacun) (6)
