Quick and easy wrap recipe with grilled beef, avocado and horseradish spread.
A while ago I placed a picture on my Twitter account of these grilled beef & avocado wraps. And because it’s one of my favourites at this moment, I wanted to share the recipe with you so you can make your own. This recipe is really quick & easy to make and perfect for those sunny days like we had this week. It’s a fresh, simple and light meal.
Ingredients (6 wraps)
- 6 tortilla wraps - 4 tablespoons crème fraîche (sour cream)
- 250 gr beef - 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 avocado - 15 gr butter
- 1 red onion - lemon juice
- 75 gr rocket salad - pepper & salt
Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 200°C. 2. Prepare the spread for the wrap by mixing crème fraîche with horseradish. 3. Peel and slice the onion into rings. 4. Peel and cut the avocado into slices. 5. Use pepper & salt to season the beef and grill it in butter. 6. Cut the beef into thin slices. 7. Place the tortillas in the oven for 1 minute. 8. Take the tortillas out of the oven, cover them with the horseradish spread and place the rocket salad, slices red onion, avocado & beef on the wrap and squeeze some lemon juice on top. 9. Gently roll up the tortillas & enjoy!
